6 PACKETS OF COUNTRY GRAVY MIX
4 GRAND SIZE  ROLLS OF BISCUITS
1 LG. JAR OF MEDIUM SALSA
1 MUSTARD JAR, 1 KETCHUP JAR, 1 MAYO JAR, 1 RELISH JAR
2 LARGE ONIONS,  3 LARGE TOMATOES,  1 SLICED DILL PICKLE JAR
ASSORTED SODA AND WATER , JUICES

AND ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS OR ITEMS.  DEADLINE IS SEPT. 17TH FOR THIS SHOW.  ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE DELIVERED MORNING OF SHOW TO APRIL AT  CONCESSION STAND.

Opportunities Available: 
Earn 2.5 to 3 Hours for the following positions:
Sign up on the Online Form below for one of three shifts.

       Shift A:  Open Class 1 thru 20                  Shift A: Hunter Class  101 - 114
     Shift B: Open Class 21 thru 40                 Shift B Hunter Class
Shift C: Open Class 41 thru 60
                   
Concession Stand positions are now hourly.
           Please sign up for as many hours as you are available
               or just one if that is all you can do.

Ribbons - A very rewarding job - manage prize table and present exhibitors with their awards.  
Gate Person - A very important job - assist exhibitors in entering and exiting the arena in a timely manner.  This job is is key to "Time Management" of the horse show. 
Ring Steward - Right hand man/woman to the Judge, responsibilities include organizing the class for the judge, turning the results in to show management, relaying information to and from the judge and keeping our judges comfortable thru the day. 
Concession Stand  - Serve exhibitors drinks, snacks and lunches.  Now broken down to hourly shifts.  Sign up for as many hours as you have time for.
50/50 Seller - Fun job - Sell raffle tickets for the 50/50 Drawing - Winner of drawing keeps 50% of proceeds collected and the club receives the other 50%. 

Earn ONE HOUR for the following services:
*Jump Crew - Setting and measuring pre-designed Course.
*Please check with Concession Coordinator for needed items.
*Propane Run - Fill propane tank for Grill.
